
Augusta, GA. – Johnson, Laschober & Associates, P.C. (JLA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Patrick Jones, AIA, NCARB, as Director of Architecture. Relocating from New Jersey to join the firm’s Augusta office, Mr. Jones brings more than 30 years of experience leading complex, multi-discipline projects across public and private sectors.
As Director of Architecture, Mr. Jones will lead the firm’s architectural practice, overseeing design strategy, project execution, and departmental operations. His responsibilities include guiding projects from initial due diligence and concept development through construction, ensuring design excellence, technical precision, and consistent client satisfaction.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Jones has led intricate national projects requiring integrated coordination among clients, engineers, planners, and consultants. He is recognized for his ability to build collaborative teams, streamline delivery processes, and align design solutions with programmatic, operational, and budgetary goals.
Beyond project leadership, Mr. Jones will play a key role in mentoring the next generation of architects within the firm, strengthening JLA’s design culture, and advancing innovation across disciplines.
